1. Credit Packages

Credit package purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your wallet. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase — contact support.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

3. Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet.

4. Moderation Rejections

Credits are not deducted when content moderation blocks a prompt before generation.
