XoraAI provides AI-powered content generation tools including text, images, voice, code, chat, and video scripts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed per generation. Payments are processed via Hubtel. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use XoraAI to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or adult content. We employ content moderation and may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you generate, subject to applicable laws and OpenAI terms. XoraAI branding and platform code remain our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

XoraAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for AI output accuracy or any damages arising from use of the service.
